Virgin Atlantic transformed Bond Street station into a dreamy, rainbow-filled celebration of individuality as part of their “A Rainbow in the Clouds” campaign, brought to life with immersive visuals and experiential touches. The activation peaked with a surprise appearance from Virgin’s cabin crew, who greeted commuters and offered five lucky winners spontaneous weekend trips to NYC, while others enjoyed free coffee, snacks, and live music.

Remarkably, this standout campaign wasn’t part of an initial brief; pitching Bond Street as the perfect spot to target their “Urban Professional” audience and developed a £££ campaign, featuring digital runways, bespoke floor graphics, and bold creative that added Virgin’s signature sparkle. Despite challenges ranging from tight timelines and complex TFL approvals to last-minute Heathrow chaos, the result was a runaway success, amplified by Richard Branson’s viral involvement and glowing feedback from Virgin, who praised the creativity, collaboration, and courage in pushing the brand into exciting new territory.
